    1. Orders can be delivered day of rental OR day before rental if not rented the day before.
    2. Delivery charge of 15% within Dayton and Piqua regions.
    3. Delivery charge of 35% of total rental price for delivery in Cincinnati and Columbus regions. 
    4. Any items to be picked up by renter will be picking up from the Huber Heights area.
    5. Customer will reimburse Pearls & Poppy in full for any items returned damaged, broken, or any items that are stolen.
    6. A contract will be signed for use of your rentals from Pearls and Poppy.
