Hello! I’m Jenna Fiegl, Owner and Founder of Pearls & Poppy Weddings & Event Consultants. I’m so grateful you’ve stopped by to learn more about this dream-turned-business that has grown far beyond what I ever imagined. When you choose Pearls & Poppy, you’re choosing a team built on passion, creativity, and care — and while I’ll be taking a small step back in 2026 to welcome a new addition to my family, I’m still here behind the scenes supporting our incredible coordinators and ensuring every couple continues to receive the signature P&P experience.

My journey began in March 2020, when a sudden layoff from one of Dayton’s largest wedding venues changed everything. Rather than walking away from the industry I loved, I took that challenge as an opportunity to build something of my own — and Pearls & Poppy was born. A few months later, while planning my own 2021 wedding to my husband, Tom, my passion for celebrating love only grew stronger.

Today, as a mom to our sweet boy, Jack, and soon another little one, I feel even more inspired by the meaning behind each wedding day. This business allows me to balance motherhood with my love for creating unforgettable celebrations — and to work alongside an incredible team that shares that same heart for our couples.

At Pearls & Poppy, we believe every love story deserves a day that feels authentic, effortless, and uniquely yours. I take pride in truly getting to know each couple we serve, translating your story into thoughtful details that reflect who you are together.

Olivia Kelly
Hi there! I’m Olivia Kelly, and I’m so excited you’re here! I’ve been part of Pearls & Poppy Weddings & Event Consultants since 2022, and it’s been such a joy to work alongside our founder, Jenna Fiegl, helping couples bring their dream weddings to life. Beginning in December 2025, I’ll be stepping into the role of managing the day-to-day operations of Pearls & Poppy, and I couldn’t be more honored to carry forward the heart, organization, and creativity that make this company so special.

Over the years, I’ve fallen in love with every aspect of wedding coordination — from building timelines and managing vendor logistics to watching all the small details come together on the big day. There’s truly nothing more rewarding than seeing a couple’s unique vision come to life and knowing I played a part in making it all happen.

When I’m not coordinating weddings, you’ll usually find me training for fitness competitions, working toward my personal training certification, or in the kitchen baking healthy treats that taste just as good as they look! I’m so excited to meet you, learn your story, and help make your wedding day everything you’ve imagined — and more.

Hi! I’m Lulu, and I’m so excited you’re here! I was born and raised in Dayton, Ohio, and now call West Chester home with my wonderful husband, Cody, and our two daughters. When we’re not coordinating weddings or chasing new adventures, you’ll usually find us outdoors — hiking, camping, kayaking in the summer, and skiing in the winter. And of course, I love a cozy night on the couch just as much as a weekend on the go!

My journey into the event world started completely by accident, but it quickly became a lifelong passion. Over the past 10 years, I’ve coordinated and hosted everything from concerts and comedy shows to races and festivals — but for the last six years, weddings have completely stolen my heart. There’s truly nothing better than helping couples create a day that’s seamless, joyful, and filled with personal touches that reflect their love story.

Jessica burges
Hi! I’m Jessica Berges, an Assistant Coordinator with Pearls & Poppy Weddings & Event Consultants, and I’m so excited to be part of your wedding journey! I’m originally from Salt Lake City, Utah, and moved to Ohio for my husband to attend medical school. Back in Utah, I had the joy of coordinating weddings and quickly fell in love with everything that goes into creating such meaningful celebrations — from the early planning stages and vendor coordination to those final, beautiful details that bring a couple’s vision to life.
There’s truly nothing like seeing months of planning come together and witnessing the pure happiness on a couple’s face on their wedding day. Being able to take away some of the stress and help make that day seamless and joyful is what makes this job so special to me.
When I’m not working weddings, you can usually find me out playing pickleball, strolling through farmers markets, or spending time outdoors enjoying the little things in life.

Hi! I’m Tori, an Assistant Coordinator with Pearls & Poppy Weddings & Event Consultants, and I’m so excited to be part of your wedding journey! After planning my own wedding in October 2024, I gained a whole new appreciation for the emotions, details, and little stresses that come with creating your perfect day. Going through that experience firsthand made me realize just how valuable it is to have someone by your side to help you not only get through the planning process — but truly enjoy it.

Now, I’m passionate about helping couples stay present and stress-free so they can focus on what really matters: celebrating their love and soaking in every beautiful moment. It’s an honor to play even a small part in such a meaningful chapter of your life.

When I’m not coordinating weddings, you can usually find me in the salon, where I also work as a hairstylist! Outside of work, I love spending time with my amazing husband, Colin, and our cat, Tigger. We’re big fans of traveling, relaxing with friends, and making the most of the great outdoors.
